  • One Ocean. No Assistance Rowing 5,500km

The World’s Toughest Row Atlantic is an extreme endurance race from La Gomera to Antigua.

Teams row day and night for weeks, battling sleep deprivation, weather and the relentless pull of the Atlantic.

It’s not just a race it’s a test of grit, resilience and mental strength.

Who are the Atlantic Waterbirds?

We are four Australian women taking on the world’s toughest ocean rowing race. In December 2026 we’ll row 3,000 nautical miles across the Atlantic — unassisted — to raise vital funds for Telethon and collect ocean data along the way.
